Choose who can join a campaign
Open a campaign to everyone, approve each request yourself, or keep it invite only.
Each campaign decides who can get in. Your affiliates see the campaigns they can join in their portal, and click Join campaign or Request to join depending on what you pick here.
The three options#

New campaigns start on Anyone. Your default campaign can't be Invite only, because new affiliates land there.
Change who can join#
Open Go live
Go to Campaigns, click the campaign, then open Go live.
Pick who can join
In the Who can join card, choose Anyone, I approve each or Invite only. These choices save as soon as you make them, without Save changes.
Decide on automatic adding
Turn on Add every new affiliate automatically if everyone who joins your program should also land in this campaign. If you already have affiliates, affixo asks whether to add them too. Choose Yes to add them now, or Only new ones. Closing the question changes nothing. On an I approve each campaign, anyone added this way waits for your approval.
Approve or decline requests
When affiliates ask to join an I approve each campaign, they appear under Waiting for your approval on the same card. Click Approve or Decline for each one.
If automatic adding is on and some current affiliates still aren't in the campaign, the card says so and offers Add them now.
Note
A paused or archived campaign adds no one. Once you resume a paused campaign, new affiliates are added again.

New affiliates land in the default campaign when they sign up, so it has to be open to them. Make another campaign the default first, then switch this one to Invite only.
No. Affiliates already in the campaign stay. Affiliates you haven't added stop seeing it.
No. Turning it off only stops adding new people. Everyone already in the campaign stays.
No. When you answer Yes to adding your current affiliates, nobody gets an email.
They aren't added to that campaign, and they stay in your program.
Open the affiliate's profile, click Actions, and choose Add to campaign. Move to campaign takes them out of their current campaign instead.
