Approve or reject applicants
Work through the Pending queue, use the built-in checks, and approve people straight into the campaign you want.
When someone applies through your signup link and auto-approve is off, they wait in a queue for you. Each applicant comes with what they told you and a few automatic checks, so you can approve the obvious ones in one click and spend your time on the rest.
Review the queue#
Open the queue
Go to Affiliates and open the Pending tab. The oldest applicant is at the top.
Read the checks
What they told you shows their website and where they share. The Check column shows Looks fine, or flags to look at: Customer, Coupon site, or Matches rejected (with what matched, like IP address or device).
Pick a campaign
Approve into decides where approved people go. Keep Their current campaign, or pick another campaign and everyone you approve now is moved there.
Decide
Click Approve or Reject on a row. Flagged applicants show Review instead of Approve, which opens their profile so you can look closer first.
Approve in bulk#
The box at the top counts how many look fine and offers Approve the N that look fine. You can also tick rows and use Approve or Reject for the selection. Bulk approval only ever approves the ones that look fine; flagged applicants are left for you to review. If the checks haven't loaded, nobody is approved in bulk.
Tip
Don't let the queue sit. Anything an applicant earns while pending is held, and is only released when you approve them.
Rejecting someone#
Rejected affiliates lose portal access and their links stop crediting sales. You can bring them back later with Reactivate on their profile.
Approval per campaign#
This queue is for joining your program. Campaigns set to I approve each have their own Waiting for your approval queue. See Choose who can join a campaign.
