Create a campaign
Set what affiliates earn, where their links go and who can join, in three short steps.
A campaign is the deal you offer a group of affiliates: what they earn, where their links send people, and who can join. Every affiliate belongs to at least one campaign, and until you have one, nobody can get a link or earn anything.
Create your campaign#
Start a new campaign
Go to Campaigns and click New campaign. If you have no campaigns yet, click Create your first campaign, or start from one of the three common setups with Use this: Recurring (30% of every renewal), One-time (a flat $50 on the first payment) or Front-loaded (40% of the first 3 payments, then 20%). You can change everything afterwards.
Set what affiliates earn
Give the campaign a Campaign name. Affiliates see it in their portal. Under Pay them, pick % or a fixed amount and type the rate. Under How long it pays, choose First sale only, Every renewal or For 12 months. Turn on Pay more at the start if you want a higher rate on the first few payments. The box at the bottom reads your offer back in one line, so you can check it says what you mean.
Set where links go and the rules
Enter your Landing page. affixo checks that page for the tracking script and tells you if it can't see it yet. Then set The rules:
- A sale counts for: how long after the click a purchase still credits the affiliate (30, 60 or 90 days, or Other).
- Two affiliates, same customer: whether The first or The last affiliate gets the commission.
- Who can join this campaign: Anyone, I approve each or Invite only. See Choose who can join a campaign.
- Add every new affiliate automatically: puts everyone who joins your program into this campaign too.
Review and go live
The Review step shows every answer as a tile you can edit, and a preview of what affiliates will see. Turn on Make this the default campaign if new signups should land here. Then click Create and go live.
After it's created, affixo suggests next steps: invite your first affiliate, share your signup page, and give affiliates something to post.
Tip
Want per-product rates, extra links or a bonus on day one? On the first step, click Use the full editor instead. It keeps what you've typed so far.
Edit a campaign later#
Click a campaign on the Campaigns page to open its editor. It has six sections across the top:
| Section | What you set there | |---|---| | Rewards | The campaign rate, how it changes over time, a referred-customer discount and target rewards | | Products and plans | Different rates for monthly, yearly or one-time sales, or for single products | | Link and tracking | Where links go, extra referral links, the cookie window, attribution, tracking domains and channel rules | | Tier 2 | What a recruiter earns on their recruits' sales (when sub-affiliates are on) | | Go live | Who can join, the review queue and your tracking snippet | | Name and status | The campaign name and whether it is Active, Paused or Archived |
Move between sections freely. Your edits are kept until you click Save changes, which saves every section at once. If you try to leave with unsaved changes, affixo asks first. The one exception is the Who can join card on Go live, which saves as soon as you make a choice.

No. You can create the campaign before the script is on your site. affixo checks your landing page and tells you if it can't find the script yet, but links won't credit sales until it's installed.
Yes. On the Campaigns page, open the campaign's menu and choose Duplicate campaign, then edit the copy.
Only a campaign with no affiliates in it. If people are already on it, archive it instead. Archived campaigns stop crediting new referrals, and commissions already earned carry on as normal.
