Commissions you automate, payouts you own
A flexible commission engine — percentage or flat, one-time or recurring, capped or lifetime, scoped per product — with tiered level-up rules. And payouts run on your own rail — your account, your schedule.
Affiliate commissions get complicated fast — recurring vs one-time, clawbacks on refunds, different rates per product, tiers that reward your best partners. affixo handles all of it as reusable reward rules, then computes a commission for every conversion automatically. Payouts stay entirely on your own rail.
A commission engine, not a spreadsheet
Define a reward once and attach it to any campaign:
- Percentage or flat — 20% of revenue, or a flat $50 bounty.
- One-time or recurring — pay on the first order, or on every renewal.
- Capped or lifetime — pay for the first 3 billing periods, or for the life of the customer.
- Declining — a higher rate up front that steps down over time.
- Scoped per product — tie a reward to specific Stripe prices via price mappings, so different products can pay differently.
- Scoped per billing cadence — one-time, monthly and annual purchases can each carry their own rate inside the same campaign, resolved product-rule → cadence-rule → catch-all.
Every conversion writes a commission with a clear status — pending → confirmed → paid, or reversed on a clawback — computed automatically from Stripe webhooks. No month-end CSV, no calculator.
Rewards beyond cash
Cash isn't always the right incentive — sometimes a free month converts a customer into an advocate better than $20 ever will. affixo treats non-cash rewards as first-class:
- Credits, free months, gifts and swag as reward types, at any scope a cash rule can have.
- A reward library — define a reward once and reuse it across campaigns; applying a template copies its terms, so editing the library never silently changes a live campaign.
- A fulfilment queue — earned non-cash rewards line up for you to apply on your own
system and mark fulfilled, with
fulfilment.pending / completed / cancelledwebhooks so your app can automate the whole loop.
Tiers that manage themselves
Reward your best affiliates without babysitting a spreadsheet. Level rules promote or demote affiliates between campaigns based on real metrics:
if active_customers >= 10 → move to "Gold" (25% recurring)
if total_revenue < $500 over 90 days → move to "Standard"
Promotions and demotions are bidirectional, run on a daily sweep, and every move is written to an auditable level-changes log.
You own the payout rail
affixo tells you precisely who is owed what — reconciled to Stripe — and you pay from your own account.
- Payout methods per affiliate — PayPal, Wise, bank, or manual. affixo stores only non-sensitive details (handle/email), never full account numbers.
- Payout readiness — see unpaid commissions against your threshold so you know exactly who is ready to be paid.
- Pay on your own schedule — trigger payouts whenever you like, in your own currencies.
One-click mass payout across your connected rails lets affixo trigger a single payout to everyone at once.
Common questions
affixo calculates exactly who is owed what, reconciled to Stripe, and you pay from your own rail (Stripe, PayPal or Wise) — your account, your schedule, in one click.
Commissions are computed per conversion and per billing period straight off Stripe webhooks. Recurring commissions stop when a customer churns, claw back on a refund, and reprice on an upgrade or downgrade — automatically, with idempotent dedup so nothing is double-counted.
Yes. Level-up and level-down rules move affiliates between campaigns based on metrics like total customers, active customers or total revenue. Promotions and demotions are bidirectional and fully audited in a level-changes log.
Percentage or flat amount, one-time or recurring, capped (e.g. first 3 months) or lifetime, declining over time, and scoped to all products or specific Stripe prices via price mappings. One campaign can even pay different rates per product and per billing cadence — one-time, monthly and annual each with their own rule.
Yes. Non-cash rewards — account credits, free months, gifts and swag — are first-class. Earned rewards land in a fulfilment queue where you apply them on your own system and mark them fulfilled, with webhooks at every step so your app can automate it.
