Nudge quiet affiliates from the dashboard
Send a re-engagement email to affiliates who sold before and went quiet, straight from the Growth view, with a confirm step and daily limits.
The dashboard's Growth view shows who is selling and who has gone quiet. When an affiliate who sold before stops sending clicks, you can nudge them from there in two clicks. It uses the same nudge emails, checks and cooldown as Affiliate health.
Send a nudge#
Open the Growth view
Go to Dashboard and click the Growth tab.
Find who went quiet
The Gone quiet card lists affiliates who sold before and sent no clicks in 14 days, biggest earners first. When anyone is in it, the box at the top also says how many went quiet.
Choose who to nudge
Click Nudge on one person's row, or Nudge all on the card (the top box has the same button for everyone).
Check and send
A confirm step opens. It shows who it Goes to, the Subject, the From address and, if you set one, where replies go. Anyone who can't get a nudge right now is listed under Skipping, with the reason. Click Send and the number of nudges, or Edit the email first to change the wording.
What's checked before it sends#
affixo checks every affiliate again right before sending, and skips anyone who:
- has no email on file
- is no longer in your program
- unsubscribed from these emails
- was nudged recently and is still in the cooldown
- is marked Dead in Affiliate health, or became active or made a sale since the last health check
Test affiliates never get a nudge. If affiliate email is paused for your workspace, the confirm step says so and nothing can be sent until you turn the pause off in GrowthEmail.
Limits#

Nudge all takes the biggest earners first. If more people are eligible than one send allows, the confirm step says it Sends to the first 200, and you can send again for the rest. Once the day's 1,000 are used, the rest can go tomorrow.
Note
Sending nudges needs the Admin or Program manager role. Finance and Viewer teammates see the list, but the buttons are off with a note saying an admin or program manager can send.

No. Nudge and Nudge all only open a confirm step. Nothing goes out until you click Send in that step.
Up to 200 in one send, and up to 1,000 a day per workspace. If more people are eligible, the confirm step says how many go now; send again for the rest, or tomorrow once the daily limit is reached. The daily count resets at midnight UTC.
Admins and Program managers. Other roles see the Gone quiet list, but the Nudge buttons are off and a note explains why.
affixo checks everyone again right before sending. Affiliates with no email, who left your program, who unsubscribed, who were nudged recently, or who became active again since the last health check are skipped, and the confirm step lists them with the reason.
The same nudge emails as Affiliate health, matched to each affiliate's situation. Click Edit the email first in the confirm step to change the wording.
