Set your sender name and email domain
Choose the name your affiliates see, where their replies go and, on Growth and up, send from your own domain.
Every email affixo sends your affiliates carries your program name. You decide the sender name, where replies land and, on the Growth plan and up, the domain the email comes from. All of it is in GrowthEmailSender & footer.
Set your sender name and reply-to (every plan)#
Open Sender & footer
Go to GrowthEmailSender & footer and find Sender identity.
Fill in your details
Enter a From name (for example "Acme Affiliates") and a Reply-to address you read. If neither is set, a warning offers a button to use your own login email.
Save
Click Save identity.
Send from your own domain (Growth and up)#
Plan
Sending from your own domain is on the Growth plan and up. On Free and Starter the Branding card shows Growth plan feature with a Choose a plan button.
Add your domain
In the Branding card, enter a Domain such as mail.yourbrand.com and click Add domain.
Add the DNS records
affixo shows a table of records (Type, Name / Host, Value). Add each one at your DNS provider.
Verify
Click Check verification. When it passes, the domain shows as verified and you can send from any address on it. DNS changes can take a while to show up, so try again later if it doesn't pass straight away.
Choose a From email
Enter a From email on your verified domain, for example affiliates@yourbrand.com, and click
Save. An address on any other domain won't apply, and emails fall back to the shared address.
Send a test#
At the bottom of the page, Send a test checks your setup end to end. Enter an address under To and click Send test.
Broadcasts, sequences and re-engagement emails also show a How these emails are sent card, so you can check the sender and reply-to right before you send.

From affixo's shared sending address, with your program name as the sender. This works on every plan with no setup.
Affiliate emails invite replies. Without a reply-to, replies go to the shared sending address and won't reach you.
Growth or higher. On Free and Starter, emails send from the shared address with your program name, and replies still go to your reply-to address.
Emails go back to the shared address with your program name as the sender, and your From email stops applying until a domain is verified again. You can then delete the DNS records at your registrar.
Use Send a test at the bottom of Sender & footer. Enter your address and click Send test.
