Re-engage quiet affiliates
Use Affiliate health to find who never started, slowed down or went quiet, and send each group a nudge email that fits.
Most affiliate programs have a long tail of people who signed up and then stopped. Affiliate health sorts every affiliate into a state each night and ranks the quiet ones by how much they're worth recovering, so you know who to email first.
The states#

The first four are the ones you can act on. The list is ranked by how much each person is worth recovering, with lifetime value, a 30-day click trend, last active date and last nudged date on every row.
Send a nudge#
Open Health
Go to AffiliatesHealth. The top box says how many affiliates could use a nudge, and how much the ones who went quiet had brought you.
Pick who to nudge
Click a state tile to filter the list, or tick individual affiliates.
Open the nudge emails
Click Nudge all, or Edit nudge emails at the bottom of the box. The Nudge emails page has one email per situation.
Check or edit the email
Each email is previewed with a real affiliate's details. Edit the Subject and Message to
use your own wording; tokens like {{affiliate_first_name}} and {{affiliate_link}} are filled
per affiliate. Use the built-in email puts the default back.
Send
Click Send to and the number shown. A Send re-engagement nudge dialog checks the recipients again, and nothing goes out until you click Confirm & send to the count.
Note
Each affiliate gets at most one nudge per cooldown window, with their own details filled in. Anyone inside the window, unsubscribed or marked Dead is skipped.

No. Nudges are always manual. Nothing sends until you confirm in the send dialog.
At most once per cooldown window, 14 days unless your program uses a different one. Affiliates nudged recently are left out of the send and the page says so.
Health shows up after a week. Affiliates are checked each night, and anyone who hasn't sent a click by day 7 is flagged. Until then everyone counts as healthy.
Yes. An unsubscribe link and your sender details are added to every nudge, and anyone who has unsubscribed is skipped.
The Health page shows nudges sent in the last 30 days, how many affiliates re-activated, how many clicked through, and how many came back on their own without a nudge.
