Send a broadcast
Write one email to all your affiliates, or a slice of them, and send it now or schedule it.
A broadcast is a one-off email you write yourself: a launch, a new offer, a change to your program. Send it straight away or schedule it for later. Broadcasts live under GrowthEmailBroadcasts.
Write and send a broadcast#
Open Broadcasts
Go to GrowthEmail and click Write a broadcast at the top of the page.
Pick the audience
Under Audience, choose All affiliates, Active only or Pending only. Under Campaign, keep Any campaign or pick one. The recipient count updates as you change these.
Write the email
Fill in Subject and Message. Type {{name}} where you want each affiliate's name.
Choose when
Under When, pick Send now or Schedule. To schedule, choose a date and time in your own time zone, at least 5 minutes from now.
Send or schedule
Click Send to N (or Schedule for N people). Check the subject and audience in the confirmation, then click Send broadcast or Schedule broadcast.
Heads up
A broadcast can't be recalled once sent. Check the How these emails are sent card on the same page first: it shows the sender your affiliates will see and where their replies will land.
Cancel a scheduled broadcast#
Scheduled broadcasts appear in a Scheduled list until they go out. Click Cancel on one and confirm with Cancel broadcast. Nobody gets it.
Who receives a scheduled broadcast is worked out when it sends, so affiliates who join in the meantime are included if they match the audience.
See past broadcasts#
The Broadcasts list shows each one with when it was sent, its subject, how many recipients it had, how many were delivered and its status. If a scheduled broadcast didn't go out, the status says why, for example nobody matched the audience when it was due.

No. A broadcast can't be recalled once sent. A scheduled broadcast can be cancelled any time before it goes out.
The audience is worked out when it sends, not when you schedule it. Affiliates who join or change status in between are counted at send time.

If affiliate email is still paused when the broadcast is due, it won't send.
