Hand out non-cash rewards
Work through the queue of credits, free months and other non-cash rewards your affiliates earned, and mark each one handed out.
Not every reward is cash. Campaigns can pay in credits, free months or other perks, and tier rules or campaign targets can award them too. Those rewards wait in a queue under Payouts until you hand them over and mark them done.
Hand out a reward#
Open the queue
Go to PayoutsRewards to hand out. Waiting on you lists each reward, who earned it, when, and why: a sale, reaching a level, or hitting a campaign target.
Hand the reward over
Give the affiliate the reward in your own system.
Mark it done
Click Mark handed out. It moves to History with the name of the team member who marked it.
Cancel a reward#
Click Cancel on the reward, write a Reason (for example "Customer refunded"), and click Cancel reward. Keep it closes the dialog without changes. The affiliate can see your reason.
Note
Rewards earned on a sale are canceled automatically if that sale is refunded. History shows them as canceled automatically after a refund.
History#
History shows every reward that's been handed out or canceled, with who did it and any cancel reason. Test rewards stay listed with a badge but never count.
