Download receipts and payout files
Get a receipt for each payout run or payment, the files you upload to PayPal or Wise, and a full payout ledger for your books.
Every payout leaves a paper trail. affixo gives you a receipt for each run and each payment, the file you used to pay, and a full ledger of every payout. All of it records money you paid from your own accounts; affixo moved none of it.
Receipts#
Open a completed run
Go to PayoutsCash payouts. Open a paid run from History, or open a paid month in Month by month.
Open the receipt
Click Download receipt for the whole run. In the run's table, Receipt next to an affiliate opens the receipt for that one payment.
Save it as a PDF
Click Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF in your browser's print dialog.
A run receipt shows when the run was completed and approved, what it covers, the total paid, a breakdown By payment method, and each affiliate's method, reference and amount.
Payout files#
When you pay a group with Pay in bulk using a file, click Download file to get it. You can click Download again until you've recorded the transfers.

Note
Downloading a file doesn't pay anyone. Upload it or send the transfers, then confirm in affixo so those affiliates are marked paid.
Exports#
- Export ledger on the Payouts page downloads every payout as a CSV.
- Export CSV on an affiliate's Payouts tab downloads that affiliate's payouts.
- Download CSV on SettingsMoneyTax forms exports the tax forms on file.
History#
The History card on the Payouts page has three views: Runs, Payments (by month) and Owed back (refunds on commissions you'd already paid). Its footer shows what you've paid all time and how many affiliates you've paid.

It's a printable page. Click Print or save as PDF and pick Save as PDF in your browser to get the file. The page also reads fine on screen.
The run, when it was completed and approved, what it covers (for example September commissions), the total paid, a breakdown by payment method, and each affiliate's method, reference and amount. Anyone in the run who wasn't paid is listed as Not paid.
No. The bank payee list has amounts and references only. You send each transfer using the bank details you already hold for that affiliate.
