Does affixo pay my affiliates for me?#
You pay them from your own accounts, and affixo never holds the money. It works out what each affiliate is owed and prepares the payout. PayPal can be sent from inside affixo through your own PayPal Payouts. Wise and crypto payouts are prepared as files (amounts and references) that you send yourself.
Which payout methods can affiliates choose?#
PayPal, Wise and Crypto. Under Coins and networks you choose which coins affiliates can pick: USDC, USDT, BTC and ETH on the supported networks. Set this up at SettingsMoneyPayout setup.
When do affiliates get paid?#
On the Payout schedule you choose: Net-15, Net-30 (the default) or Net-60, counted from month end, or Monthly, or Manual. The Payouts page has a Month by month card with a button to pay each closed month. See Pay your affiliates.
Can I set a minimum payout?#
Yes. Set a Minimum payout threshold in Payout setup. Affiliates must earn at least that much before a payout is due.
What if I already paid a commission and the sale is refunded?#
The commission is reversed and the amount is recorded as owed. The Payouts page lists it under Owed back, and the next payout run takes it back automatically, as long as the affiliate has a next payout.
Do you collect tax forms?#
Yes. Affiliates upload a W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E, and you verify each one or send it back. Turn on Hold payouts until a form is on file to wait for it. affixo doesn't generate 1099s. See Collect tax forms.
Can I download receipts?#
Yes. Download receipt is on every payout run and every payment. See Download receipts and payout files.
Are payouts available on every plan?#
Yes, every plan includes payouts. They pause only while your workspace is over its plan's revenue cap.
