GoHighLevel, Kajabi and other checkouts
Track sales from GoHighLevel funnels and order forms, and from checkouts hosted on platforms like Kajabi, ThriveCart and SamCart.
Not every checkout is a page you can edit. GoHighLevel order forms, Kajabi, ThriveCart and SamCart host the checkout for you, so there's nowhere to put a visitor id. affixo handles this by matching the sale to the referral by the buyer's email instead. It works as long as the platform charges your own Stripe account, and that account is connected to affixo.
Before you start#
- Connect Stripe in affixo, using the same Stripe account your checkout platform charges. If the platform uses its own payment processing instead of your Stripe account, affixo can't see those sales.
- Have at least one campaign whose link points at your funnel or site.
Set up GoHighLevel#
GoHighLevel gets its own version of the snippet. It does everything the normal one does, and also picks up the buyer's email from HighLevel order forms and opt-ins.
Copy the GoHighLevel snippet
Go to SettingsConnectTracking & install, open Manual install and choose the
GoHighLevel tab. Copy the snippet in that tab. It loads sa.highlevel.js with your key,
which is different from the snippet for other sites.
Paste it into HighLevel
In HighLevel, open Sites, then Funnels or Websites, then your funnel or site. Go to Settings, then Head Tracking Code, and paste the snippet. To cover the whole sub-account at once, paste it in the sub-account's account-wide website tracking code setting instead.
Save
Save in HighLevel. Clicks, opt-ins and checkouts are now tracked on those pages.
Test it
Run Test your tracking. It opens your page through a test referral link. Type a test email into the order form and watch the Click and Referral checks turn green.
Tip
The GoHighLevel tab also has Prefer AI to do it? with a prompt you can paste into any AI assistant. It walks through the same placement options and the test.
Heads up
If you embed a HighLevel form on a page that isn't hosted by HighLevel, the snippet has to run inside HighLevel too. The outer page records the click, but it can't read a form in an iframe from another domain, so the email would never be captured.
Kajabi, ThriveCart, SamCart and other hosted checkouts#
These work when two things are true: the platform charges your Stripe account, and that account is connected to affixo. Then:
- Add the standard snippet from Manual install to the platform's custom head or tracking code setting, so clicks on your pages there are recorded.
- Make sure the buyer's email is tracked before they pay. If people sign up or opt in on a page you control, add the signup event there (see Install the tracking script). When their payment arrives in Stripe, affixo matches it by email.
- Give affiliates promo codes as well. A sale that uses an affiliate's code is credited to them without any tracking on the checkout page. See Track sales from promo codes.
When you install with an AI builder, pick Hosted elsewhere (or GoHighLevel funnel) under How do you take payments?. The prompt then skips the Stripe code, because there's nothing to change on a checkout you don't host.
Always run a real test purchase after setting this up and check it in ReportsConversions. Every platform builds its checkout differently, and a test is the only way to be sure.

Questions
No. Paste the snippet once in the funnel or website's Head Tracking Code, or once in the sub-account's account-wide tracking code. It then tracks clicks, opt-ins and checkouts on those pages with no per-page code.
The GoHighLevel snippet captures the buyer's email (and name, when the form has one) as they submit the order form or opt-in. When the payment reaches your connected Stripe account, affixo matches it to that lead by email and credits the affiliate whose link they came through.
Partly. Your website still records the referral click. But a HighLevel form inside an iframe from another domain can't be read by the page around it, so the email capture needs the snippet inside HighLevel, on the page that serves the form.
Yes. The snippet also reads the am_id parameter that GoHighLevel affiliate links use, so links your affiliates already shared keep crediting them once you've imported them.
