Import from GoHighLevel
Move your HighLevel Affiliate Manager program into affixo, keeping each affiliate's am_id code so live links keep paying out.
The GoHighLevel importer brings your HighLevel Affiliate Manager program across: affiliates, their
?am_id= referral codes, coupon codes, payout identities and, with the API, commission and payout
history. It's the first tab under SettingsWorkspaceImport & migration.
Pick a method#
The Bring your program over card has three methods:
| Method | What you get | |---|---| | Export + API (recommended) | Everything. Codes from the export, history from the API | | Export only | Affiliates and their codes, so live links keep working. No commission or payout history | | API only | Affiliates and history, but new affixo codes. Old links stop attributing |
Run the import#
Export your affiliates from HighLevel
In HighLevel, open Marketing › Affiliate Manager › Affiliates and export the affiliate list.
Upload the export
Click Upload export and choose the file, unchanged. affixo reads the columns as they come. Affiliates with no campaign come across fine and get a fresh affixo code.
Add API access
In HighLevel, go to Settings › Private Integrations, create a new integration and tick only
View Affiliate Manager. Paste the token into Private Integration Token and add your
Location ID (it's in the HighLevel URL after /v2/location/). Delete the token in HighLevel
when you're done, since it never expires on its own.
Choose what to migrate
Pick affiliates, referral codes and links, campaigns, commission history, payout history, coupon codes and payout identities. Anything your method can't supply is marked needs the export or needs the API. Use Campaign for anything unmatched to choose where loose affiliates go. Click Preview.
Apply
Check Preview: what will carry over, then click Apply migration. If any codes had to change, a table shows the HighLevel code and the new affixo code.
Point your funnels at affixo#
After the import, install the affixo tracking snippet on your HighLevel funnels from
SettingsConnectTracking & install, then test one of your real ?am_id= links with
the cookie test on the same page.
Heads up
The import sends no email and pauses affiliate email in your workspace. Turn it back on under GrowthEmail when you're ready to tell your affiliates.

Questions
Both, for a complete move. The export carries the referral codes that keep live links working. The API carries commission and payout history, which the export leaves out.
HighLevel's API never returns referral codes, so imported affiliates get new affixo codes and their old links stop attributing. Include the export to avoid that.
No. It's imported as settled history and never re-paid. Settle any pending HighLevel payouts before you switch.
No. They aren't in HighLevel's data, so you set them once on your affixo campaigns.
Install the affixo tracking snippet on your HighLevel funnels. Sales are matched to the affiliate by email when the charge reaches your connected Stripe account.
