Read your reports
What each Reports tab shows, how to change the period, and how to export the numbers.
Reports in the sidebar answers where your traffic and sales come from. It has seven tabs. Most people live in Overview and dip into the others when a number needs explaining.
The controls at the top#
Each tab has the same header controls, shown only where they apply:
- Period: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last 90 days (the default), Last 12 months or Year to date. Tabs with all-time totals say All time instead.
- Hide test data: leaves out anything recorded while testing.
- Export: downloads the tab's data.
The tabs#
| Tab | What it shows | |---|---| | Overview | Your headline numbers for the period, plus Top affiliates by revenue and Where people came from | | By affiliate | Clicks, customers and revenue for each affiliate, all time | | Sources | Clicks, conversions and revenue by referring site or sub-ID, all time | | Conversions | Every sign-up and sale, with how it was attributed | | Clicks | Every click on an affiliate link, with bot and fraud signals | | Recruiters | Affiliates ranked by the sub-affiliates they bring in and what those sub-affiliates sell | | Recovered sales | Sales credited to an affiliate after the fact, and sales still waiting for one |
Overview numbers#
| Card | What it counts | |---|---| | Clicks | Clicks on affiliate links, compared with the period before | | Sign-ups | Leads and buyers, each person once | | Customers | New paying customers | | Revenue | Revenue from referred customers, with revenue per click | | Close rate | Clicks that became customers |
Conversions: how each sale was credited#
Every row has the affiliate, the type (sign-up or sale), the amount and its status. The Attribution and Match columns show how affixo tied it to the affiliate, for example:
- Coupon code: the buyer used the affiliate's promo code.
- Last click or First click: the buyer came through an affiliate's link. The part in brackets says how the visitor was recognized, such as cookie or device fingerprint.
- Subscription renewal: a renewal credited to whoever earned the first payment.
- Email match: matched on the buyer's email.
- No affiliate matched: recorded, but not credited to anyone.
Use Columns to add Campaign and Sub-ID.
Clicks: spotting bad traffic#
The Flags column marks clicks that look like bots or fraud. Use Columns to add Country, Sub-ID and Visitor. If one affiliate's clicks are mostly flagged, review them in their profile's Risk tab.
Recruiters and Recovered sales#
Recruiters fills in once you turn on sub-affiliates. Until then it shows Turn on sub-affiliates in Settings.
Recovered sales has three numbers: Attributions recovered, Revenue re-attributed and Sales with no attribution, followed by the list of recovered sales.

Questions
Sign-ups counts everyone an affiliate referred who signed up or bought, each person once. Customers counts only the new paying customers.
Those two tabs show all-time totals, so the header says All time instead of a period picker. Overview, Conversions, Clicks and Recovered sales follow the period you choose.
Yes. Every tab has an Export button in the header. On Conversions and Clicks it exports every row in the period that matches your filters, not just the page you're looking at.
affixo recorded the sale but couldn't tie it to an affiliate. It usually means your checkout isn't passing the visitor id to Stripe. See Make sure Stripe sales are credited.
