A tour of your dashboard
What's in the sidebar, what each dashboard view shows, and how to pick the one you see first.
Your dashboard opens on the numbers that matter for your role and a short list of things waiting on you. Everything else is one click away in the sidebar or the search.
The sidebar#
The left sidebar has two groups:
- Program: Affiliates, Referrals, Campaigns and Growth (email, Discovery, Marketplace and Promo kit).
- Money: Commissions, Payouts and Reports.
Below them, Settings holds everything you set once. While you're still setting up, Get started sits there too and opens your launch checklist.
Tip
Press ⌘ K (or Ctrl K on Windows) to search pages, settings and actions. It also has shortcuts like Invite an affiliate, Copy tracking snippet and Finish setting up.
Before you're live#
Until setup is done, the dashboard leads with Your program isn't live yet. and Your setup, showing the next step to take. Below it, a preview marked Example numbers shows what you'll see once sales come in. While affixo waits for the first visit from your website, you'll also see Waiting for a visit from your website….
The four views#
Once you're live, tabs across the top switch between four views:

Overview has Revenue, Commissions earned, Paying customers, Clicks and Affiliates sending clicks, plus a Revenue from affiliates chart that compares this period with the one before. Pick the period in the top right: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last 90 days, Last 12 months or Year to date.
Needs you#
The Needs you cards list what's waiting on a decision, and only appear when there's something to do. You might see commissions held until you approve or deny them, affiliate applications, payouts that are due or held, tax forms waiting for review, or No tracking hits lately when your site has gone quiet. Click a card to go straight to it.
Choose the view you see first#
Open General settings
Go to SettingsProgramGeneral.
Pick a dashboard view
Under Dashboard view, choose Overview, Payouts, Growth or Trust, and save.
The dashboard now opens on that view for you. You can still switch tabs any time.

Questions
Yes. Each person picks their own Dashboard view under Settings, Program, General. Only you see your choice, and teammates pick their own.
Until your program is live, the dashboard shows your setup progress and a preview marked Example numbers, so you can see what it will look like. Real numbers replace them once clicks and sales come in.
Yes. On a phone, a tab bar at the bottom gives you Home, Affiliates, Payouts and Reports. It's built for checking and approving. Settings and editors open best on a computer.
It appears when your site hasn't sent a visit to affixo for 3 days. Open it and check the tracking snippet is still on your site, for example after a redesign or a new theme.
