Import affiliates from a CSV
Upload a spreadsheet of affiliates from any platform, check the preview, and import them without emailing anyone.
The CSV importer works for any platform that can export a spreadsheet, or a list you keep yourself. It's three steps: Upload, Check the preview and Import. Find it on the CSV file tab of SettingsWorkspaceImport & migration.
Prepare your file#
Only an email column is required. affixo matches the rest by header name, ignoring case, spaces, underscores and dashes.

First name and Last name columns work too. Click Download a template for a starting file. The limit is 10 MB and 50,000 rows, including the header.
Import your affiliates#
Upload
On the CSV file tab, click Choose a CSV file and pick your spreadsheet.
Check the column matches
Under Your columns, matched, fix any guesses that are wrong, or set a column to Don't import.
Pick a campaign
Under Put new affiliates in, keep Your default campaign or pick another. People already in your program keep their campaign.
Review the preview
The Problems tab lists rows that will be skipped and why, such as no email or a row listed twice. The Already here tab lists people already in your program.
Import
Click Import N new affiliates. The result shows how many were added, already here or skipped. Click Download them to fix to get the skipped rows back.
Note
Nobody is emailed by the import. When you're ready, invite your affiliates or send a broadcast.
