Invite your team and set roles
Add teammates to your workspace and give each one the access they need: Admin, Program manager, Finance or Viewer.
Give your team their own logins instead of sharing one. Each person gets a role that decides what they can see and change. Find it at SettingsWorkspaceTeam & roles. Only admins can open it.
Roles#

The page has a What each role can do table that spells this out row by row. When someone opens a page their role doesn't cover, they see You don't have access to this and a note to ask an admin.
Invite a teammate#
Open Team & roles
Go to SettingsWorkspaceTeam & roles.
Start the invite
Click Invite teammate. Enter their Email and pick a Role. The role's description shows under the picker.
Send it
Click Send invite. They get an email to set a password and join. If they already have an affixo account, they're added straight away.
Pending invites show an Invited pill with Resend and Cancel invite buttons.
Plan
Seats per plan: Free 2, Starter 3, Growth 5, Scale unlimited. Pending invites count. When every seat is taken, upgrade or remove someone to invite another.
Change a role or remove someone#
- Change a role: pick a new role from the dropdown on their row and confirm with Change role.
- Remove someone: click the trash icon on their row and confirm with Remove. They lose access straight away, and you can invite them again later.
The workspace owner always shows as Owner and is always an admin.

Program manager. They can manage affiliates, campaigns, commission rules and reports, but can't approve payouts, change billing or roles, or delete records.
FirstPromoter's Manager only views, so pick Viewer in affixo.
You can't remove yourself. If you're the only admin, make another teammate an admin before changing your own role. The workspace owner is always an admin.
Yes. Click Resend on their row. You can resend once every 10 minutes.
