What are Promoter Pages?
A personal, co-branded landing page for every affiliate, with a button that carries their referral link.
Promoter Pages (called Partner pages in your dashboard, and My page to your affiliates) give every affiliate their own landing page for your product. You write the page once. Each affiliate's copy shows their photo and name next to your pitch, and its main button sends visitors through that affiliate's referral link.
It turns "here's a link" into "here's why I recommend this", without asking your affiliates to build anything.
Plan
Promoter Pages are on the Growth plan and up.
What a page looks like#
Each page lives on your portal address at /via/ followed by the affiliate's referral code, for
example https://partners.yourbrand.com/via/jane. If you haven't connected your own domain, it uses
your affixo address instead.
You choose one of three layouts for everyone:
- Simple: the headline and button beside the affiliate's photo.
- With video: your YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video, large, at the top.
- Offer: your offer as the headline.
On top of the headline, pitch and button, you can add highlights, a bonus, a video, up to five questions and a second button. Your brand kit sets the logo, colours and font, so every page matches your portal.
How tracking works#
The page itself records nothing and sets no cookie. When a visitor clicks the main button, they go through the affiliate's own referral link, so the click and any sale that follows are tracked to that affiliate the same way as a shared link. The optional second button points to your own URL and is not tracked.
What it's not#
- Not a search page. Pages are hidden from search engines on purpose, so they don't compete with your own site. Affiliates share the link in posts, emails and bios.
- Not an affiliate-built page. Affiliates can change their photo, the name on the page and one line about them. Everything else is yours.

Questions
No, on purpose. Every page tells search engines not to index it, because one near-identical page per affiliate would compete with your own site in search. Affiliates share the link directly instead.

No. You write the page. Affiliates can only change their photo, the name on the page and one line about them, and you can switch each of those off.
Promoter Pages are on the Growth plan and up. On a lower plan the settings are visible but locked, and any page address shows This page isn't available.

Their page stops showing. Only active affiliates have a live page, and anyone else's address shows This page isn't available.
