Choose which affiliates get a page
Give every active affiliate a Promoter Page, or only the ones you pick, and switch a page on or off for one affiliate.
By default every active affiliate gets a Promoter Page (called Partner pages in your dashboard). If you'd rather start with a few trusted partners, you can hand pages out one by one.
Plan
Promoter Pages are on the Growth plan and up.
Pick the audience#
Open Partner pages
Go to SettingsBranding & portalPartner pages.
Choose who gets a page
Near the bottom of the card, under Who gets a page, pick Every active affiliate or Only affiliates I choose.
Save
Click Save in the page header.
Every active affiliate means anyone whose status is active and who isn't archived. Applicants waiting for approval, suspended affiliates and archived affiliates don't have a live page.
Pick affiliates one by one#
With Only affiliates I choose, a list of your active affiliates appears. Nobody has a page until you pick them.
- Search by name, email or referral code in Search affiliates.
- Each row shows the affiliate's page address (
/via/and their code) and reads Has a page or No page. - Flip the switch to give or take away a page. Changes here apply straight away.
You can do the same from an affiliate's profile. Open the affiliate from Affiliates, and a Partner page card near the top has the same switch, with a Manage link back to these settings.
Note
Taking a page away doesn't delete anything. The affiliate's photo and text stay, and the page returns the moment you switch it back on. Visitors to an address without a page see "This page isn't available".
