Set up Promoter Pages
Turn on a landing page for every affiliate, pick a layout, write the copy (or draft it from your website) and save.
This guide takes you from nothing to a live landing page for every affiliate. Promoter Pages (called Partner pages in your dashboard) share one design that you set here. Each affiliate's page then adds their own photo and name.
Plan
Promoter Pages are on the Growth plan and up. On Free and Starter the editor shows, but it's locked.
Before you start#
- Set your brand kit. The page takes its logo, colours and font from SettingsBranding & portalBrand kit.
- Give your portal an address. Pages go live on your portal address, so set an Affixo address or connect your own domain in SettingsAddress & embed.
- Add your website in SettingsGeneral if you want the AI to draft the copy.
Turn pages on and write them#
Open Partner pages
Go to SettingsBranding & portal and click the Partner pages card.
Switch pages on
Turn on the switch at the top of the card. The pill next to the page title changes from Off to Live. If your headline and pitch are blank, affixo fills them with starter text you can edit.
Pick a layout
Under Layout, choose Simple (headline and button beside the affiliate's photo), With video (your video, large, at the top) or Offer (your offer as the headline). With video and Offer fall back to Simple if there's no video or offer.
Write the page
Fill in the main fields (see the table below). The preview beside the card shows a sample affiliate's page and follows every change.
Save
Click Save in the page header. Pages are live as soon as you save.
The main fields#
| Field | Limit | Notes | |---|---|---| | Headline | 80 characters | The big line at the top. | | Pitch | 600 characters | Plain text. Line breaks are kept. | | Photo | | Each page shows the affiliate's own profile photo, or their initials. You pick the shape: Circle or Rounded square. | | Video | | With video layout only. A YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link. | | Offer | Headline 80, details 160 | Offer layout only. Click Add a bonus to start. | | Button text | 30 characters | The main button. | | Button goes to | | Always the affiliate's own referral link, so every click is tracked to them. You can't change it. |
Draft it from your website#
Draft from my website reads your site and fills in the headline, pitch, highlights and questions.
- Check the Website and pick a Voice: Friendly, Professional or Short and direct.
- Click Draft with AI. Filled fields get an AI draft tag, and extra sections open so you can see the drafted highlights and questions.
- Read it through and make it yours. Then click Save as defaults, or Discard draft to put the form back as it was.
If something wasn't on your site, a note says so ("Not found on your site") rather than making it up. You get 5 drafts a month, and they reset on the 1st.
Extra sections#
Open Extra sections for everything else. Highlights, Bonus, Video and Questions each have a switch that reads Shown or Hidden, so you can keep the text and hide the section.
| Section | Limit | |---|---| | Display name | 60 characters. Leave blank to show each affiliate's own name. | | Tagline | 80 characters. One line under their name. | | Offer line | 40 characters. A short pill above the headline. | | Highlights | Up to 6, 80 characters each. Click Add feature. | | Bonus | Headline 80, details 160. An extra for people who sign up through the affiliate's link. | | Video | A YouTube, Vimeo or Loom link. | | Questions | Up to 5. Questions 120 characters, answers 400. Each question needs an answer. | | Second button | Label 30 characters, plus a link. Click Add a second button. |
The second button is the same on every page, and affiliates can't change or remove it. It goes to the address you enter, for example your login page for existing customers. It is not tracked.
Tip
Type {name}, {first name} or {brand} in your text to personalize every page, for example
"Why {first name} recommends {brand}". Text left in square brackets, like [your offer], goes live
exactly as written, so the editor warns you before you save.
Next steps#
By default every active affiliate gets a page, and they can change their photo, name and one line about them. You can change both at the bottom of the card.
