Embed the affiliate dashboard or signup form in your site
Show affiliates their dashboard inside your own app, already signed in, or put the affiliate signup form on your own page.
You can bring affixo into your own product in two ways: embed the affiliate dashboard so signed-in customers see their links and earnings without leaving your app, or put the affiliate signup form on your own website. Both work on every plan.
Embed the affiliate dashboard#
The embedded dashboard shows each partner their links, earnings, referrals and payouts inside your product. There's no separate login. It has tabs for Overview, Referrals and Payouts, plus My page for affiliates who have a Promoter Page (called Partner pages in your dashboard).
You'll find the setup at SettingsAddress & embed, under Embed in your app. Click Preview it to see it with sample data.
Get an API key
Click Get an API key in the note at the top of the card, or go to SettingsDeveloper & API. The key needs write access.
Your server asks for a dashboard link
Each time a partner opens the page, your server calls POST /v1/embed/session with the partner's
email, name and embed_origin (the address where you show the dashboard). You can add a
campaign_id to also put them in that campaign. If the partner is new, affixo creates them.
The response has an embed_url.
Your page mounts it
Load the loader script and mount the link your server returned.
<script src="https://go.affixo.dev/embed.js"></script>
<div id="partners"></div>
<script>
// embedUrl is the embed_url your server just returned.
AffixoEmbed.mount("#partners", embedUrl);
</script>
The card shows the full server code, plus the same call as a curl command, ready to copy. The loader keeps the frame's height matched to its content, so there's no inner scrollbar.
Heads up
Never put your API key in a web page or app bundle. It signs partners in. Only your server should hold it.
If the call fails (for example a 403 because the partner is blocked, rejected, archived or has left), hide your partners tab for that customer.
Embed the signup form#
The embeddable signup form puts affiliate signup straight on your own page. It carries the branding, questions and consent settings from your Signup page, so changing them there updates every embed.
Open the signup form section
Go to SettingsTracking & install and open Signup form.
Pick a theme
Choose Match the visitor, Light or Dark.
Copy the code
Copy the Embed code and paste it where the form should appear on your page.
Building your site with Lovable, Bolt, v0, Cursor or Claude? Copy the prompt under Building with AI? instead. For page builders that strip scripts, open No-JavaScript version for a plain iframe. You size that one yourself, and it raises no signup event.
Note
The code only appears once your program has a portal address. Set one in SettingsAddress & embed.

Questions
No. Embedding the dashboard runs on the REST API, which every plan gets, and the embeddable signup form is on every plan too.
No, never. Step 1 runs on your server only. Your API key signs a partner in, so it must stay out of your web page and app bundle. The page only ever sees a one-time link.
No. Each link works once and expires after two minutes. Ask for a new one every time the partner opens the page.
A new partner comes back as pending and waits for you in Affiliates, the same as someone who signs up on your signup page. They can share their link right away, and their commissions are held until you approve them.
The form is served from your portal address. Set an Affixo address or connect your own domain in Address & embed, and the code appears.
