Show or hide Powered by affixo
Where the Powered by Affixo badge appears, how to switch it off on Growth and up, and why it sometimes hides itself.
A small Powered by Affixo badge sits at the foot of your affiliate portal, the embedded dashboard and your affiliates' Promoter Pages (called Partner pages in your dashboard). It's on by default. On Growth and up you can turn it off.
Plan
Hiding the badge comes with the Growth plan and up. On Free and Starter the switch stays on, with a See plans button beside it.
Switch it off#
Open Branding & portal
Go to SettingsBranding & portal.
Find the switch
Scroll to step 3, Address and email. Below the address card is Show “Powered by Affixo”.
Turn it off
Flip the switch to Off. It saves on its own, with no need to press Save.
The address card above it also shows the badge's state: "Powered by" badge shown or "Powered by" badge hidden.
When it hides itself#
On Growth and up, the badge is hidden automatically once your portal is branded, meaning you've saved your own logo in the brand kit or connected a verified custom domain. In that case the switch shows Off and can't be changed, with the note "Hidden because your portal uses your own logo or domain."
If you later remove your logo and domain, the badge follows your switch again.
Note
If you move from Growth down to Starter or Free, the badge shows again everywhere, whether or not your portal is branded.
