Brand the affiliate dashboard

Choose which sections your affiliates see once they sign in, and set the rules and help link that apply to everyone.

Growth plan and upUpdated October 20, 2026

The affiliate dashboard is what affiliates see and use once they sign in. Your brand kit sets its logo and colours. On this page you decide which parts show, so affiliates only see what your program actually uses.

Plan

Dashboard branding is part of white label, on the Growth plan and up.

Choose what affiliates see#

Open the editor

Go to SettingsBranding & portalAffiliate dashboard.

Show or hide each section

Each section has a switch that reads Shown or Hidden. The preview beside it updates as you go.

Save

Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom. To check the real thing, click Preview live page.

The eight sections:

| Section | What it shows | |---|---| | Reward summary | What affiliates earn per sale. | | Next payout | Amount owed and payout readiness. | | Activity & performance | Clicks and conversions, plus the performance chart. | | Recurring vs new split | This month's recurring and new-customer commission breakdown. | | Milestone targets | Progress toward campaign target and milestone rewards. | | Referral links | Copy and share links on the home page. | | Leaderboard | The Leaderboard tab under Reports. | | Assets | The Assets tab under Promote. |

Open More below the sections for settings that apply to every affiliate:

  • Mask referral emails: hides part of referred customers' emails on the affiliate view (Masked or Shown in full).
  • Require a payout method: affiliates must add a payout method before they can use the portal (Required or Optional).
  • Help link: shown as the Support link in the portal sidebar. Leave it blank to hide it.

These save with the rest of the page.

Tip

To see the dashboard exactly as one affiliate sees it, with their real numbers, use Impersonate from that affiliate's actions menu.
