Dashboard access, management actions and payouts pause until you pick a plan that covers your usage. Tracking never stops: attribution and commission calculations carry on in the background, and billing and data export stay available.

It's the sales your affiliates drove, leaving out fully refunded or charged-back sales and test sales, in your base currency. Free counts it over the lifetime of the account. Paid plans count it each month.

Yes. Stripe prorates the change: upgrades charge the difference for the rest of the period, and downgrades credit unused time against future invoices.

Click Downgrade to Free. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the account drops to Free. You can resume any time before then from Manage billing.

A downgrade is refused if this month's attributed revenue is already above the smaller plan's cap, or you have more active team members than it allows. Remove teammates or wait for a lighter month.

The Free plan is the trial. There's no card and no clock. Paid plans don't have a separate trial.
