Run several programs with sub-accounts
Create separate workspaces for clients or brands, each with its own affiliates, and see them all from one place.
Sub-accounts are separate workspaces under your main one, for agencies running programs for clients or businesses with more than one brand. Each has its own affiliates, links, referrals, commissions and payouts, and you see them all side by side. Find them at SettingsWorkspaceSub-accounts.
Plan
Sub-accounts start on the Growth plan (3 included) and Scale (10 included). Extra sub-accounts are $12 a month each. On Free and Starter, the Sub-accounts menu item doesn't appear.
Create a sub-account#
Open Sub-accounts
Go to SettingsWorkspaceSub-accounts. Only admins can open it.
Name it
Under Create a sub-account, enter a Name, for example your client's business name.
Create it
Click Create sub-account. It starts with a copy of your payout and attribution settings.
Work inside a sub-account#
Click Open on a row in the rollup table, or use the workspace switcher in the sidebar. Admins of the main workspace are admins of every sub-account automatically.
See everything at once#
The rollup table shows each sub-account's affiliates, conversions, revenue, pending commissions, what's been paid and anything flagged. The cards at the top total them up.
Sub-account revenue counts toward your main workspace's plan allowance.
Delete a sub-account#
Open the menu on its row and choose Delete sub-account. Pick Delete now or Delete at end of billing period, type its name and confirm. This removes its affiliates, links, referrals, commissions and payout history for good. A scheduled deletion can be cancelled with Cancel deletion.
