Check the audit log
See who changed what in your workspace, and when, and export it as a CSV.
The audit log answers "who did that?". Every sensitive action in your workspace, like approving a payout or changing someone's role, is recorded with the person and the time. Find it at SettingsWorkspaceAudit log. Only admins can open it.
Read the log#
Entries appear as a timeline, grouped by day, each one a plain sentence such as who approved a payout
or invited a teammate. The person shows as their email, as API key "name" for actions taken through
the API, or as System for actions affixo took itself. People who have since left show as
A former teammate.
Filter it#
- Who: Everyone or one person.
- Kind of action: All actions, or one of Payouts, Rewards handed out, Roles, Team, Commissions, Sales, Affiliates, Campaigns, Webhooks, API keys, Branding or Contest links.
- Dates: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, Last 12 months, All time or Custom dates.
If nothing matches, click Clear filters.
Export it#
Click Export CSV to download every entry that matches your filters, up to 50,000. For a longer history, narrow the dates and export in parts.
Note
The log is append-only. Nobody, admins included, can edit or delete an entry.
